How are your products made?

All our creations are entirely handmade and hand-painted in our workshop in Naples. Each creation goes through a production process that includes shaping, first firing (bisque), hand decoration, glazing, and second firing. Every ceramic bears our workshop's signature as a guarantee of authenticity.

Can I personalize a favor or a product?

Yes, we offer a complete personalization service. You can choose colors, decorations, and sizes to tailor each creation to your needs. For custom favors, we recommend contacting us at least 4-6 weeks before the event.

What are the delivery times?

Products in stock ship within 2-3 business days. For custom products or special orders, times range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity. We ship throughout Italy and abroad.

How should I clean and care for the ceramics?

Our ceramics are durable and easy to clean. We recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Glazed products can also be washed in the dishwasher at low temperatures.

Should a lucky horn be given as a gift or bought for yourself?

According to Neapolitan tradition, the lucky horn must be given as a gift and not bought for yourself. It's a gesture of affection and good wishes toward the person who receives it. That's why our horns are perfect as gifts or favors.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

Yes, we offer discounts on favor orders and large quantities. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs. The more creations you order, the better the unit price.

Can I visit your workshop?

Of course! Our workshop and showroom is located in Naples at Via Comunale Catena, 7A. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. You can watch the artisans at work and choose creations in person.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cash payment at our workshop. For favor orders, payment is split into: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% of the remainder midway through production, and balance on delivery.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

We pack every product with the utmost care. In case of damage during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
